RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
Due to the nature of our inventory—including custom fabrications, structural steel components, heavy commercial equipment, and unused surplus items—ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, improper sizing selection, or fitment errors made by the buyer.

CUSTOM FABRICATIONS & WELDED ITEMS
All custom-fabricated parts, welded assemblies, and made-to-order items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production or fabrication has begun.

UNUSED SURPLUS & SPECIALTY ITEMS
Unused surplus items and closeout inventory are sold on an AS-IS basis and are non-returnable.

EXCEPTIONS (DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS)
If you receive an item that is defective or if we shipped the incorrect item due to our error, please contact us at info@actrvalabama.com within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY / FREIGHT DAMAGE
For heavy items shipped via LTL freight or courier:
- You MUST inspect all items thoroughly at the time of delivery BEFORE signing the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL).
- If an item arrives damaged during transit, you must clearly note the damage on the carrier's BOL and reject the shipment, then notify us immediately.
- Claims for freight damage reported after signing for delivery without notation on the BOL cannot be honored.

LOCAL PICKUP
Items selected for Local Pickup must be inspected by the customer at our shop prior to taking possession. Once the item leaves our shop premises, the sale is considered final.
