SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES
- Standard & In-Stock Items: Processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom Fabrications: Lead times vary depending on build complexity. Estimated production timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

1. Standard Shipping (Items under 100 lbs)
Shipping rates for standard parcel items are calculated at checkout based on total weight and destination address.

2. Heavy / Freight Shipping (Oversized Steel, Equipment & Fabrications)
Items exceeding standard parcel courier limits (heavy steel, commercial cooking/prep equipment, large welded assemblies) ship via LTL Freight on pallets or crates.
- Freight Quotes: For oversized or ultra-heavy items, shipping rates calculated at checkout cover standard dock-to-dock delivery. If your delivery destination requires a Liftgate or is a Residential Address, additional carrier accessorial fees may apply.
- Delivery Appointments: Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You or an authorized representative must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

3. Free Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our shop for all items, including heavy steel and custom fabrications.
- Pickup Location: 109 Industrial Park Dr., Pelham, AL 35124
- Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Central Time
- Requirements: Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID. Customers are responsible for bringing an appropriate vehicle, trailer, and tie-downs necessary to safely secure and transport heavy items.
