TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Alabama Custom Trailer & RV LLC d/b/a ACTRV Online. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alabama Custom Trailer & RV LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing heavy trailer parts, RV equipment, surplus items, or custom fabrications from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

SECTION 1 - CUSTOM FABRICATIONS & LIABILITY
All custom-fabricated parts, welded components, and modified structural items are manufactured to order or built to specific specifications. 
- Professional Installation Required: Due to the critical safety nature of heavy trailer, RV, and food truck components, ALL items sold by Alabama Custom Trailer & RV LLC must be installed by a certified mechanic, professional welder, or qualified technician.
- Assumption of Risk: Alabama Custom Trailer & RV LLC is not liable for injury, damage, accidents, or loss resulting from improper installation, failure to perform routine maintenance, alteration, overloading beyond rated capacities, or misuse of any product.
- Fitment Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility, dimensions, bolt patterns, and weight capacities prior to ordering or installing any component.

SECTION 2 - UNUSED SURPLUS ITEMS
Items listed as "Unused Surplus" or "Overstock" are sold on an AS-IS basis. While these items are unused, they may exhibit minor cosmetic shelf wear, oxidation, or lack original manufacturer retail packaging. Original manufacturer warranties may not apply.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prices and specifications for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or custom fabrication service without notice.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Alabama Custom Trailer & RV LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the products or services procured using the service.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Alabama Custom Trailer & RV LLC is registered.
